Directions: Shake well.

Daily Scalp Treatment: Pour small amount onto fingertips. Rub together to warm treatment. Gently massage into the scalp. Apply daily for best results.

Daily Hair Treatment: Pour a small amount into hands and rub together warm the treatment. Apply to hair strands in a downward motion.
